We're now using Team App
Casey Seals has started using Team App as the central point for all our news, event announcements, contacts, etc etc. This will not replace Facebook for chatting to other teammates, but Facebook will no longer be used as the main source of club news and event organisation because Team App handles that sort of thing much better.
To get the full features of our Team App you need to download Team App onto your smartphone. Download Team App here (http://teamapp.com/app). Its 100% FREE.
Run Team App when you've got it and then:
If you don't have a smartphone or prefer not to use Team App on your phone, Team App can also be used from a web browser. Click on the green "Find us on Team App" button at the top-right of any page on our website.
If you want to access our Team App on the web rather than using the smartphone app, please email me (see the Committee page) so we can add you manually and then you'll be able to receive email notifications.

A new committee was elected at the Annual General Meeting on Monday 22 August at Casey ARC.
There was some movement on the committee, with no new faces and a few stepping down.
Oliver (Ollie) Hutt is President again, full of enthusiasm and ideas to continue developing the direction he took the club last year.
The rest of the executive positions were also unchanged: Jen Veres is Vice-President, Greg Chaplin is Secretary, David Scott is Treasurer and Susie Kempson is Registrar.
The big news is that Jan Williams announced before the AGM that she will be standing down from the committee.
Jan was one of the four people who founded the Casey Seals in Nov 2001, after several months of hard work setting the club up, including negotiating lane space with the YMCA at Casey ARC and discussions about merging with the Casey Tigesharks swimming club.
She has been an active committee member every year since then and has provided invaluable support, especially in catering for the club events. Her experience, contacts and knowledge of the Masters Swimming community has also been a huge benefit to the club and to the committee. We certainly would not be the strong and vibrant club that we are now without Jan's involvement.
Thank you Jan, on behalf of the club and the committee.
Other moves were Molly Thwaites stepping down from the committee after 4 years on it, and Brendan Gray not being reappointed - he has been out of contact working overseas for a few months, so we're not sure if he will be asking to stay on (we can appoint people onto the committee any time if required).
Congratulations to all the people on the committee who devote their time to running the club. Without these dedicated volunteers our club would not exist.
The new committee is listed on the Committee page.
